The problem I asked to get fixed was not fixed. I have broken suspension or something but it was not fixed even though I specified it when I met with the guy a week before

Working with shipping challenges, they worked to get us in right away. I would have liked to know if the change between the quoted price and the increased price I paid before I showed up to pay. That would have helped me in planning.

They were really helpfully, when I went to get my truck it was dead so they put it on a charger while I went shopping. When I got back it was charged. I would recommend them they do excellent work.

As a out of state parent with a daughter that attends WSU I was worried I could not be physically there with my daughter to determine and research which body shop to take my daughters car to after a tree fell on it. All personal at Autobody super center provided top notch customer service and made this transaction seamless without stress or inconvenience. The body shop answered all questions and assured me my daughter’s car would be ready before graduation weekend. Huge thank you to the entire team at Autobody super center and management. They are awesome!!!
