As a out of state parent with a daughter that attends WSU I was worried I could not be physically there with my daughter to determine and research which body shop to take my daughters car to after a tree fell on it. All personal at Autobody super center provided top notch customer service and made this transaction seamless without stress or inconvenience. The body shop answered all questions and assured me my daughter’s car would be ready before graduation weekend. Huge thank you to the entire team at Autobody super center and management. They are awesome!!!

You fixed the body damage but my car was knocked out of alignment’s and there’s a horrible sound from under the car as well that wasn’t fixed.

In reference to the time, value, and thorough. I was re-quoted twice on time to completed. I did not mind waiting 2-3 weeks as it took or repair getting pushed back because of kind service. I did identify two damaged parts before and after repair not fixed. Trailer connector and plate lights broken. Caps gone on connection and zip-tied after repair. Waiting to hear back as said they would order parts to fix.
