Our business is focused around the creation of an environment of engaging and personal relationships, not only with the client, but with the insurance agencies and dealerships which we service. We strive on a daily basis to better our repair facilities through constant training and certification for all repair techs and the implementation of the strongest and most capable software and mechanical processes.

Their communication is very lacking. Numerous times I was told they would call me with an update and not once did they. I always had to call them for updates. I would be told they could call me back in 15 minutes, never to get a call. I was told they'd call me back within the hour, never got the call. Over and over again.
