I would recommend these guys to anyone they went above and beyond for me replaced my battery with no charge and practically detailed the inside of my Tahoe and that’s not a easy job behind my grandkids so thank you for an excellent job

The repair was great. However, jewelry magically went missing out of my car upon picking it up. When I called the repair center to kindly ask where I might be able to find my necklace in my car, they were adamant that no one took it. I hadn’t even said anyone took it. Hadn’t accused any one of taking it. Just simply asked where I might be able to locate it in my car, as they had detailed my car and stored my belongings in a plastic grocery bag. The necklace was not in there. I asked the shop to please check for my necklace and he told me I could call back later without taking down any information or details on the necklace.

I had just got my baby (2010 Chevy Camaro) Loaded, black, speakers, all leather, sunroof, 6 speed. It’s the nicest car I’ve ever had. Anyway, back to the topic. Hadn’t had her a month. I had just switched insurance over, the week prior to this event. THANKFULLY! My baby was crashed. From the front bumper, to the rear bumper. I was devastated. Being, I hadn’t ever really dealt with insurance and a body shop, I was nervous. The guys at Joe Neubert Collision center took their time to explain everything to me. When I say they did their big one, on the repairs on my baby. When I called to inquire about the repairs, they got us in right away. They took their time on HER and the wait was oh, so worth it. We went and picked her up, my heart is so full, and my stomach had butterflies. We are thoroughly impressed with the quality and care that Joe Neubert’s guys have. We will forever be customers. Only thing wish would’ve been different, I asked for them to add some glitter to the new paint job… they declined my request 😂 But really appreciate this business, and their dedication to service and work.
