repair work was fairly simple and it appears everything looks the way it did prior to the accident

Bridget sent texts and called a few times to update us on the progress. The only confusion - and it was not Bridget's fault - was that the insurance agent seemed to be behind in knowing how things were progressing - although i think it's because Bridget was dealing with the insurance company's adjuster, who then had to inform the agent. Not Bridget's fault at all but it was confusing hearing 2 different schedules of what was happening.
