Our business is focused around the creation of an environment of engaging and personal relationships, not only with the client, but with the insurance agencies and dealerships which we service. I was very disappointed about how I was treated when picking up my car. The 2 people (one female and one male) kept insisting they could not get in touch with my cousin who was supposed to pay for the repairs. Instead of calling me and asking me to get in touch with him they just kept making excuses as to why it was not taken care of, and could not understand my frusturation. I am very pleased with the repairs and previously had nothing but good experiences there. I understand the confusion, just not why they could not have alerted me before I came... It could have all been taken care of if I had just been told prior.
