All the body work and repairs look good. I just wasn’t satisfied with the customer relations department. Every time I called I got an impression that I was inconveniencing the recipient, when I simply called to ask about texts I received from the business or my insurance. I was also mixed up with a different client, which under the circumstances I can see why it happened, but it felt unprofessional. Lack of communication is my reasoning for these comments and feedback.
