They did an awesome job getting the Tesla back on the road. It took a little time to get the parts, but other than that, it was a great experience. The staff is super helpful and responsive, they update you via email as parts come in, and Dorian was awesome to deal with.

ACG was amazing. They were really quick with everything and provided a 5 star service. The communication was never before seen. I've unfortunately been in multiple accidents over the years and never have I ever had service as spectacular as ACG provided. I would get calls from Letty at the Gardena location with updates. The manager at the Gardena location Dorian would even take time out of his day and call me to let me know what step they were on. I got in my accident in my Tesla Model 3 (not at fault) on August 5th and on August 23 Letty called me to tell me my car was ready. It was super quick compared to what my friends time frames have been at other shops. Extremely happy their process from start to finish have been painless.
