At first I was really impressed with the staff working there. They were quick and kept me in the loop about the status of my car. I was initially told it would be 5 days 6 days max. A week went by without any updates about my car. I called to see if it was ready and the staff member who picked up repeated ask which car then ended up telling me about someone else's car. He then explained because of some unforeseen situation it would take longer. Never gave an accurate estimate of when the car would be ready. Now 2 weeks had gone before I was called to get my car. When I went in for inspection I found another dent in the car which the team fixed and took another day. They "detailed" my car but it was so dusty and the inside windows had clearly been wiped with dirty water. I could smell the grime and dirty from inside and see gray streaks and water droplets on the inside windows.
