Updates were great. Fished product was great and everything looks to have been done good. The only problem I had was having to miss a wedding because the estimated date for return of my vehicle was 5 days longer than expected due to the calibration tech not being there the day my car was supposed to be returned. I was only given x amount of money for a rental and still had to return it early and pay extra. I still didn’t have my car for over a week after returning my rental. Expecting and being told my car was supposed to be finished on a Friday, just to get a call that day their tech needed to do one last thing but was not going to be there for an additional 4 days was very disappointing. I understand and respect no work over the weekend but was very unhappy that it took so much longer than the expected return day I was told in my last update.

The overall work was great. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge. It was rescheduled once and then they tried to do it again, but high I pushed back on due to being out of town and they kept the original appt. But it did take 7 working days instead of the original quoted 5
