Jen and the crew did a great job once again! This is my second vehicle that has needed repairs and they managed to deliver an even better experience than the first. I wanted repairs done beyond what was claimable damage and Jen advised through the process while working with me on some of the style and finish/color changes that I wanted to make. She kept me informed through the stages of repair and even investigated further into what all had been damaged so that every part that was damaged ended up being replaced. The finished product is perfect and I am happy with the results. Hopefully all of our accidents are behind us and we can look for other ways to continue our established relationship with Auto Design Collision, as they are a pleasure to work with. A family business that makes you feel like family!

Paint job was pretty good but not quite seemless.

Staff was friendly but communication was minimal. I was not given an estimated date when my vehicle would be ready at the time I dropped it off. I called back a week later and learned there was additional damage and the shop was waiting for approval, but only learned this because I called.

Not sure what I would do if someone asked because the quality of the finished work was excellent and I appreciate the staff that I interacted with but I had a problem with the waiting between each step.

The time it took to get started on my vehicle was too long and then having to wait for every different aspect of the repair process to be completed was also too lengthy.

This rating is subject to the ceramic coating being satisfactorily applied to my vehicle.

My first drop off appointment was cancelled due to weather conditions, but I did not receive notice until after I showed up at Auto Design at 8:30 a.m. and nobody was there. I was not informed that the ceramic coating would not be applied to my vehicle until 2-6-26, the day I was notified to pick up my vehicle. I was told I had to pay my entire deductible at the time I picked up my vehicle, even though it was not completed. I should have been informed of this situation well before the day I was to pick up my vehicle. Although I paid my entire deductible, I believe I should only have had to pay a prorated portion of my deductible pending final completion of my vehicle. I must rely on Auto Design's good faith to honor its promise to contact me around 3-13-26 to make an appointment to complete my vehicle, but Auto Design would not rely on my good faith to finish paying my deductible when the job was actually completed. I have a credit rating over 800. I pay my bills.

Auto design Collision gave me an incredible experience! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs or custom work done on their vehicle. Jen and the crew were very informative and on top of everything. They’re the best in CP by a mile!
