And explaines if he sees any problems. He worked with my i suran e company as well on price structure and labor rates. They also have a guarantee on work performance great folks to deal with

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the members of the Auto Haus staff. From our service advisor Tommy to the entire staff at your shop in Williamsburg. To give you an example of the service offered by Tommy and his staff, since I live in a gated community with a security gate that opens with a sticker on the front windshield, I asked Tommy if he could remove the sticker and place it in the rental car. He not only did what I asked, he then returned it to the front window of my car once it was repaired. I also asked if he could supply a small bottle of touch up paint to cover a scratch on my back bumper. Patrick, who works with Tommy, not only supplied the paint, but actually touched up the scratch for me!
