The body shop's quality of work, customer service, and scheduling was great! The rental pickup process from Enterprise sucked because they continually tried to sell me additional features and protection plans for more $$/day. They ran out of the car type I reserved and were only handing out SUVs and vans. It took them 40 minutes past my reservation time to get me into a car, making me late for a work meeting. Next time, I will definitely still use Auto Krafters but I may choose a different rental company like Avis.
