What started out as a minor repair turned into a major repair due to an incident when our cr was being driven out of the shop and was struck by a truck from a neighbor business. Tim Horton clearly felt horribly about the whole scenario and has worked tirelessly over the past 6 weeks to get the care repaired and to work with our insurance company to secure appropriate funding. The car is now back and the repair is flawless! The craft and ship and crew is obvious and the service in keeping up to date on the progress of the repair matched in terms of timeliness and clarity. I am a huge fan of AutoKrafters and would trust them with our cars in the future without any hesitation!

Auto Krafter did an awesome job on my wife’s BMW X4 M40i. We had some clear coat issues and they got it corrected the right way. They also matched the original paint spot-on—no weird shade difference, even in different lighting. The finish looks super clean and glossy, basically like it never had an issue in the first place. Really happy with the work and I’d recommend them if you care about quality.

I drove the car home, went in it the next day and the front right wheel fell off and turned 90% slamming me into the curb. Magor damage on the front left and rear rim is shot. Dealer is investigating it. No one else involved and.im fine but will pass.on your work order to my jag service advisor. They, insurance , and the body shop will collaberate. Car has wheel spacers and all bolts must be torqued to 56 lb. Wheel may have fallen off?

Every one of the people at Auto Krafters were so nice polite friendly towards me. I was so upset about my car but the guys calmed me down made me feel better. They were EXTREMELY helpful and took care of the whole event. They called the insurance company for me as well. So reassuring. And most importantly they did a fabulous job on my car!!!!
