Sooo much! The lady on front-Shanna I think. Helped me with rental, I had misunderstood and she worked magic to get me a car quickly. Then at turn in time I thought I had to take it to Enterprise, she told me to come on to Auto-plex, it will be taken care of...Yippee! Was hit twice; one with ins other not, was willing to work with me on payment ( I didn't need to afterall but nice to know you would). It was hot when I picked up veh. I was helped in transferring my junk from rental to my car. Started my car so it would be cool when I got in- Awesome ! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Even the space itself-waiting area- was fabulous , you can tell a lot of thought and care went into the place. Thank you for taking care of me and my Kia Soul.
