The issue I had with the experience was being told that it should only take about 30 minutes for the repairs when I came in for an estimate. I scheduled my appointment at a time allowing me to get to my job on time. However, the repairs took 2 hours and I was only approached by someone about the delay after being there for 1 hour and 45 minutes, being told they were 10 minutes away from being done. This made me extremely late for work. Had I known the repairs would take 2 hours I would have made arrangements to drop the vehicle off instead of sitting and waiting.
