Everything but the tail gate latch it is not closing without excessive force and multiple try’s I’ve never had that issue with this truck I sprayed them with machine oil and it doesn’t seem to be right will you look into this issue Joey 2014 ford f250

All ways good with repair, but in the beginning right after the initial estimate the communication was not good. If I got a phone call, no message was left. Once the insurance contacted you , the communication was good!!
