Not finished when stated it would be finished…… AND………I notice at least 117 miles were added to the mileage……I didn’t know it had to be driven that far to get the tail light, bumper & corner panel replaced! It’s difficult to trust people in these times!

A door panel they had installed recently hung up and needed to be popped back in. I was able to come right in after I called. They checked over it immediately and popped it back in. They didn’t see anything wrong but put in some new clips just to be sure. They went above and beyond and got it done while I waited.

Everybody was very professional and helpful. I especially want to applaud Jeremy. His phone voice is excellent. You can hear that he is speaking with a smile and he comes across as though he truly wants to be helpful. Also, when you enter into the building, he has a friendly face and a great smile to greet the customers.
