The team at Auto Plex Collision were professional and courteous and did a great job on my car repair. I appreciate the frequent communication I received via phone and text about the status of my car and a description of what steps were being completed. You always hope you don’t need to take your car in for repairs or body work, but I would use Auto Plex Collision again in the future without hesitation.

I think the problem I have is probably with one of the shop's suppliers but I really would like for the shop to increase its pressure on its suppliers to resolve my pending problem.

Everyone at Autoplex was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. They stayed in touch with me the whole time my car was in their possession. When I picked up my car, it looked like it was a brand new car! Inside was spotless the outside was shining and beautiful. Autoplex far exceeded my expectations.

if I could give Autoplex 20 points, I would! I had a minor fender bender and Autoplex did an amazing job with the repair. But they went way over and above with having my car cleaned detailed and shined, it actually looks like new! Stephanie and Dee were really awesome as far as scheduling and staying in touch with me during the entire process. Really hoping I don’t need auto Plex again soon, but I would highly highly recommend this organization for any repairs you needed.
