Was very pleased with the entire experience at Autoplex. The building is extremely nice looking, very tidy and clean- looks brand new, very modern and inviting. The staff was wonderful to deal with, and very friendly; also they did a wonderful job keeping us updated with the progress on the repair of our truck. The auto text messages I received every few days with updates stating the estimated date for completion was reassuring but I was most impressed and surprised that our vehicle was actually finished and ready to be picked up 14 days before the estimated completion date- a very nice surprise!

I am blown away with how fast the service was and how good my front bumper looks! And I’m also so impressed how clean and nice y’all made my car. It was a whole mess before I brought it in and I’m still in awe of how much y’all did! I will forever tell people to go here. The customer service was top tier and I love how y’all called to update me everyday! My car looks better than the day I bought it!

The only thing wrong was that the negative lead to the battery was pulled for the body work and it did not get reinstalled properly. Not a big deal. It just cost me a few minutes early in the morning when the truck wouldn't start.
