Bryce set up the appointment on the phone. When I arrived, he walked around my car, assessed the damage and gave an estimate of how long my car it might take to fix my car, pending ordered parts. Jeremy called and texted with frequent updates on job completion and sent an invoice with dollar amounts. My SUV was ready a couple of days earlier than promised with the damage completely repaired. You would never even know there was any damage. Thanks to Auto Plex for an excellent job.

Jeremy and Cody were helpful and answered my questions. Our car was fixed when predicted. They told us of the 24/7 car rental place that accepted our insurance coverage. My husband had to work the day my car was fixed, so I didn't know how I was going to manage returning my rental car, but in talking to Auto Plex about it, they said 24/7 would get my rental car. Hopefully, I won't need to return, but if I do, I'll go to Auto Plex and will use 24/7 car rental.

My car looked perfect where the damage was and it was spotless the only negative is my drivers side widow does go up by itself anymore and the antenna was left in my cup holder inside my car. 🤷♀️

Very helpful and professional staff. Work was excellent, and they even saved my toll tag stickers on my replaced windshield! They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Overall I would give 6 stars if I could!

The only issue was the “Final Bill” provided at post repair car pickup, ended up being incomplete. It was confusing when insurance payment proved significanrly more than provided “Final Bill.”
