Where do I begin…. Upon dropping my vehicle off for an insurance claim, I asked the writer to supply me with a quote for repairing some minor door dings that I would pay separately from the insurance claim. I was never given a quote, even after asking about it when I was told it was done. They simply said they forgot about getting the quote for the dings, said they would get the quote. But again didn’t. I have been a loyal patron of this business. With 4 children learning to drive, they’ve all had their fair share of mishaps. They have gone from providing excellent service and craftsmanship to treating us like a number. Now onto the quality of the work. My raptor decal is filled with bubbles like a 2-year-old slapped it on there. Some swirl marks in “brand new” painted surface. Fresh scrapes down the drivers side of both doors. This is NOT the auto pride that we’ve used in the past. In addition, I had to ask multiple times what work was actually done and didn’t get a complete answer. I felt rushed off the phone. Not to mention, I was told to drop off/leave my truck before parts were even ordered, leaving us down a vehicle. Which, I didn’t mind at first because I wanted the same quality workmanship that we’ve always had. Highly disappointed to say the least. And now my beautiful vehicle looks like it was repaired by a chip shop out of Detroit.
