Disappointed that I could only write a check up to $250 Did not understand that you had to have a traveling inspector sign off on the fix from so far away. It took another day A little disappointed that there was not a vehicle available for keeping my car over 10 days…and the backlog that did not get my car in until mid January.

Quality was good. Length they had the vehicle was too long. In December, we had to wait until 1/14/26 to take the car in. Nearly two weeks to complete.
