Good body work but lack of communication and attention to detail are lacking. The loaners is was getting (coming from new car dept rather than body shop as I understand it) were excellent and were the shining service.

Heather (new car sales) handled much of the loaner vehicle mgmt and THAT was communicated well from start to finish. The body shop work status communication was near non-existent. The one time I got a call from them was when they asked me to pick up my vehicle so they could get the loaner back while they wait for final part to come in. Otherwise, it was Heather who was checking on status and keeping me informed. It has been 17days since I heard anything about getting a loaner available for finalizing the work so I feel that it will be up to me, once again, to call and find out what is going on.

There was no communication on my car or updates on what was going on. Every time I called I was given a new date for my car to be ready. My headlight isn’t flush with the hood and there was coolant spilt in the backseat floor.

The time line for how long they had my car was over a month, no one reached out to me about updates- I called weekly to hear from them and only once I was upset about the push back of completion date did someone else reach out. I also was never given a reason to why my vehicle was going to take longer until almost a month into them having my car. When I called and was upset about the continuous push back the person on the line told me about other vehicles that have been completed and they were unsure why my car wouldn’t be done and also giggled when apologizing to me about the delay.
