The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. The staff at both the Grand Blanc and Mount Morris locations were very communicable every step of the way and very accommodating as they picked up our vehicle in Grand Blanc did the work in Mount Morris and delivered the car back to the Grand Blanc location location made it very easy for us. Text messages along the way we’re helpful as well.

Let me start by saying that I didn't know how any of this was going to go. Someone hit my car and left an ugly dent. From the get go, Miss Jamie was so nice and professional, it made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Low and behold, it was. I left the car with Mr. Will, he gave me the loaner (which by the way, was a lifesaver), he told me they would update me, and let me know when they were done (all of which they did). When my vehicle was done, I went to pick it up and it looked great. Not only did they do the work quickly, I noticed they washed the vehicle! What great customer service! Auto Pride Collision seems to be the gold standard in auto AND customer service! Will definitely keep them in my contacts. Thank you guys!

Auto Pride was awesome to work with during such a stressful time. My truck had extensive damage, the front desk guy Will was very informative and gave us about 2-3 week time frame. Their team kept in communication with updates and got my truck back before the deadline. I had a minor issue with the alignment that firestone did, and Auto Pride gave me no grief and got it fixed same day! Such a pleasure to work with! Thank you guys for all your help! Will be recommending friends and family!
