Everyone that I dealt with there was polite and friendly. I didn’t have a car rental policy on my insurance and they provided a vehicle to use during the repair. They took care of the damage to my car and restored it to perfection. They even detailed the inside . It looks so nice when I went to go pick it up. Thank you Auto Pride Collision for everything.

I am completely satisfied so far with my repair experience with Auto Pride. The level of professionalism from the administrative and customer services side with Adam and Will has been OUTSTANDING! Professional Customer Service is very difficult to come by in this world today. From the first moment I spoke Adam I felt I was in good hands at a time when one is usually traumatized and out of sorts. Upon arrival to pick up my car after repairs I was very happy with the beautiful job done by the collision guys in the back not to mention the timely manner in which the job was done. The repair work looks perfect to me. Beyond that, they loaned me a car, and once completed, washed my car, and cleaned the inside. This attention to the extra details made me very happy. The inside of their office is attractive, clean and paperwork well organized in wall racks. They kept me well informed by email of the progress on the repairs and estimated finish date.
