I appreciated the good communication provided by the technicians to me. Also, their candid, and professional advice when I had to make a pretty tough decision on whether or not to move forward with the repairs or total my car. I am happy to have been considered in all the details of either choice and am most happy with my final decision to continue with the repair, even though some of the parts required for that repair would change the original appearance of my car, as my car make and model had been discontinued since 2017. I am overjoyed, my car looks great, and was completed within the timeframe that had been given. I must say, prior to going to Auto Pro, I had already been given a glowing report from someone else about their satisfaction with this particular auto body shop. I am happy to say my experience has also been the same. I would have no problem recommending this auto body shop to anyone.
