The 6 is for Auto-re-nu-it. A Small scratch remaining following repair, Shop quoted 6 days and took significantly longer. MMG insurance met my expectations and I Give them a 10.

I will actively tell people to avoid this business. After nearly two months of delays, no proactive communication, and extra rental costs caused by the shop’s poor coordination, I will actively discourage others from using this shop. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Completely dissatisfied. There were no proactive updates at any point during the nearly two months my car was in the shop. I had to call repeatedly just to get basic information, and staff showed little interest in keeping me informed or helping move the process along. Multiple times during calls, I was treated with disrespect and they showed clear disinterest in doing what was necessary to fix my car.
