I will actively tell people to avoid this business. After nearly two months of delays, no proactive communication, and extra rental costs caused by the shop’s poor coordination, I will actively discourage others from using this shop. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Extremely dissatisfied. My car was at the shop for nearly two months with no proactive communication. I constantly had to call for updates, and the repair process stalled multiple times due to poor coordination. Overall a very frustrating and unprofessional experience

Completely dissatisfied. There were no proactive updates at any point during the nearly two months my car was in the shop. I had to call repeatedly just to get basic information, and staff showed little interest in keeping me informed or helping move the process along. Multiple times during calls, I was treated with disrespect and they showed clear disinterest in doing what was necessary to fix my car.
