There is a piece of something rattling around in the tailgate they replaced. I have brought this to their attention and they have told me they will fix it. It also took nearly a week longer than they initially estimated because they didn’t get the glass they needed in time.

The owner and receptionist were responsive and professional. I was not happy with the delay in the repair, which almost messed up my holiday weekend plans, but ultimately did not.
