I had to use insurance to get my car fixed but upon checking with other collision shops, even after the deductible, they were the most reasonable. They answered the phone whenever I called and also answered any questions I had.

I am highly disappointed in the condition my vehicle was returned to me in after service, as well as the overall communication throughout the repair process. I was originally informed that repairs to my vehicle would be completed by May 29. However, I received no updates or communication regarding the status of my vehicle. On June 1, I had to personally contact the repair shop to obtain information on the progress of the repairs because no one had reached out to me. The young lady I spoke with initially had no information regarding my vehicle and advised that she would need to call me back with an update. Approximately an hour later, she returned my call and informed me that my vehicle still needed an alignment. I then picked up my vehicle the very next day, on June 2, and no alignment had been completed on the vehicle despite being told it was needed. Additionally, prior to dropping off my vehicle, I was specifically informed that the vehicle needed to contain fuel and that I could be charged a refueling fee if it did not. In compliance with those instructions, my vehicle had slightly less than half a tank of gas at the time of drop-off. However, upon picking up my vehicle, there was absolutely no gas left in the vehicle. In addition, my tire warning light was illuminated, and all four tires were below the recommended tire pressure threshold of 38 PSI. Most concerning, my rear driver-side tire was completely flat down to the rim. While I will say that the body work completed on my vehicle was done very well and I am pleased with the quality of those repairs, the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me, along with the lack of communication and incomplete service, is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
