Honestly, I am in a bit of a dilemma. I believe Stiegler strives to provide excellent service and quality work. However, the systems installed in cars today can be extremely complex and sensitive. Shortly after receiving my car the rear auto brake now gives me a warning. “Rear Auto Brek Reduced functionality Service required” Unfortunately, I cannot deal with this now given my line of work. For my safety, I must now drive my other vehicle for the time being.

My car didn’t start a couple of days after I picked it up from your place, thankfully I was parked and I have road side assistance coverage. I lost a lot of time waiting for them and had to cancel my appointment I was going to. When the RA came they called me to show me that the electrical box was loose and wasn’t screwed in place properly. What if this was would have happened while driving? Or in traffic? What kind of a quality control is that?

This place was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond. My car came out like brand new. They even washed it inside and out! Leaving their parking lot felt like driving off in a new car. They kept me updated and even changed my oil (out of my pocket of course). Definitely would go there again if needed
