Autowerks did an amazing repair job on my grandson's car. Great customer service and car was finished in a timely manner. We were very happy with Autowerks .Hope it never happens but would definitely do business with them again and will refer friends and family.

The car looks wonderful but a maintenance light comes on and says tire and from 40 to sixty or more it hums unless I’m driving towards the left. Any idea. Maybe pressure on wheel bearing from tire being hit with fender. I don’t know and am physically unable to do the work from falling thru a three story roof and catching my shoulder on garage rafters. I’ve 6 now 7 herniated disk and nylon rope and screws in my shoulder so I probably couldn’t even take off the tire. Maybe when I go for inspection they will find it when checking ball joints. I was hoping your work would fix it. That isn’t your issue and you have done a wonderful job. The alignment is still good.

I couldn’t be happier with my repair! I was very hesitant to go to your shop because my insurance company didn’t give me your name and number first available. But after going to a shop that was recommended first available I was totally scared out of my mind, that this was going to be a terrible experience wherever I went. I decided on my own to pick you after looking at reviews online. All I saw was exceptional reviews! I am so happy that I walked in on my own and said I need to have my car repaired and I want you to do it! Your staff is wonderful. Dave is exceptional. He paid attention to every one of my concerns. This was a heartbreaking experience for me having my car be a hit-and-run and I had to face the insurance company and I had to face extra expenses. But I love your company. I love your people that work for you and I will only give you exceptional, high marks! And I’ll bring back my car to get the bumper fixed when I get my finance straight up straightened out. thank you so much for treating me with respect and dignity and repair in my car restoring it to original form.
