I have never worked with a more pleasant, helpful, or kind team of people. I feel so privileged to have come across Auto Werks because there is no way I could have afforded the repairs at any other shop. Dave in particular was wonderful and excellent about keeping in touch throughout the process. He constantly followed up and kept me involved - he even took the time to explain the mechanics of his repairs in layman’s terms so that I could understand what steps he was taking to fix it. Beyond his skill, work ethic, and dedication to his customers, he is so personable and friendly. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that brought me to Auto Werks, I feel very lucky to know Dave and his team. I have since recommended this shop to everyone I know and some people I don’t know. I’m just so excited about the quality of service and the price, that I have not shut up about how great you guys are. I’d come back in a heartbeat, although I hope I never have to! Thanks again to all the guys at Auto Werks, I truly am indebted to you.
