The whole experience with Auto Werks was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way. If I had any questions, Dave or one of the other people answered every question or concern I had. They were very professional and the job was beautifully. When I went to picked up my vehicle Dave showed me every step in the process of fixing my vehicle, I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.

It would have been nice (necessary) for the windshield washer basin that was replaced to also have had its contents replaced. I went out at night and turned on my windshield washer to clean the thick layer of pollen that had built up. With no fluid, my vision was immediately impaired and had to pull over on a relatively busy 2-way road with little shoulder -- a very dangerous situation for what could be a little detail. Details count! Otherwise a well-done and timely repair.
