Fixed my bumper nicely but took 3 weeks as opposed to the estimated 3 days. Which would have been fine if they kept me updated but they did not communicate with me what so ever. Every time I called to get an update I got the same answer “It’ll be the end of this week” three weeks later I pick my car up and the front desk ladies tell me they owe me a part. Come to find out they broke my drivers door while they had my car and had to order the part to fix it. We are now one and a half weeks out since I picked my car up and have yet to hear from them about my part they owe me when once again it was estimated to come in the “end of the week” last week. I will never bring another vehicle here nor will I ever recommend anyone else bring their vehicle here. What a nightmare.
