Because of the work you do. Your new desk help leaves some things to be desired. Wanda was fantastic!! I'm sure she's trying to retire, so understandable.... However if you promise to call someone back, do so!!! If you don't know the answer, say so!! Don't tell someone something that you are not positive of yourself. Tell them you'll find out, do so, thenbe sure to call back and keep them abreast of the situation!!
