I will not send a friend to an establishment that cant do a thorough damage inspection, cant keep their time frames, and lacks communication. In fact I will tell everyone i know of my experience so they can judge for themselves.

They arranged the rental car to be there when I dropped my car off. They were very helpful when I would call to check the status of my car. The insurance claim was seamless. The women at the front desk were friendly and professional.
