My insurance claim was submitted months ago. I was gonna have my repair done where I live in the Philadelphia. I’m doing a travel assignment in the Warren area with my other vehicle. I just happen to have a problem with that vehicle pulled into Auto Body collision and they were kind enough to try to figure out what the problem was . They didn’t push me away. Tell me to go somewhere else that they don’t handle this. They do Auto Body. He actually came out to my vehicle to see if he could figure it out so kind of him. Ginger!! so friendly and so nice. I went home to get the vehicle that needed repaired brought it back to them. Five hour drive. Thats how confident I was with AutoBody collision

All the departments that I met were here to satisfying the customer. The two young ladies at the front desk that took your information are the most friendliest group of ladies I have met in a long time. Usually the front and staff that takes the information are like Pitbulls, but not these two they couldn’t have been more friendlier, courteous, and patient
