Was called in to come pickup the car, but the repair still had issues with the paint and some dents. When I came in the next day to pickup the vehicle, the repair was done correctly. I got home, then noticed that they had gotten two lines of ball point pen on our driver's side leather door handle. Unfortunately, we will be looking elsewhere the next time we have a repair to be done.

Repair work was good, unsure why the shift lock is forcing me to use it to engage gears, it did not do this before the ignition was fixed, or broken. Also took almost 3 weeks to get the job done.

I’m waiting to meet with Matt on a nice sunny day I have an issue with the lower left corner of the tailgate I have an issue with the paint being marked up above the left rear taillight assembly I have an issue with the spray and bedliner being stained or marked up when that was not a part of the collision, that truck bed has never had anything not even a box, This truck unfortunately was like new and it will never be back to that Again, I’m waiting to talk to Matt and reach out to him and see what we do next

Brought the truck for a complete repair Chris Papas took pictures of everything that was damaged and needed repair He sent me a estimate for the job I agreed with the estimate When my wife and I picked up the truck there were parts that were not repaired when we bought it up to the manager he said that will be an extra $1600 to repair also the door handle was not put back properly and the top bed rubber cover was also not put back perfectly so I took the truck home with some of the scratches not being fixed very disappointed with the job to say the least I’m also will write a review on social media so others don’t go through what we when through.

I am very happy with the color match on my hood and roof. However, I am very dissatisfied with the fact that I have to return my vehicle due to several areas on my hood, where the paint is starting to peel. It looks like the edges peeled back when the tape was removed. Who inspected the vehicle when it was completed???
