Poor customer service Poor Communication, never called back I always had to call to find status of my car. Instead of 3 weeks, took over 4 months and still didn't finish the job. Drilled the grommet hole far back on the body and now with doors installed, I can't drill a new hole, plus the damage and to fix/cover that hole Larry made. Rear Pass. side qtr. piece installed was off, had to fix that. Damaged my classic leather two-tone interior by not covering. All kinds of dust, debris, dirt, various types of elements ruined the seats, panels, dash, vents glass and especially the carpet. Expensive chrome rims/tires very dirty/dusty. Engine compartment very dusty/dirty. Took out the door latch handles for no reason, I had to install them back. Driver side door left unfinished because a shop w/30 years of experience couldn't align the door that I had to pay another body shop to fix/align. The manager/staff let me come in the shop to check out status of my car, but once they realized I complained work progress is extremely slow, they stopped me from going into the shop and made an excuse, our policy changed and we don't allow customer's enter the shop anymore. Really poor customer service and lack of communication. Jordan (Manager), would never pick up my calls, when I visited the shop, he said he was always busy and didn't get a chance to return my calls. He got promoted and still didn't tell about the new manager that took his place. Really poor customer service.
