I had dropped the car off for 1 week and did not receive any communication as to when the car would be done. I called and was given a completion date which was missed and extended two additional times. I have to bring the car back because it vibrates at high speeds. Positives are that the people I interacted with, Joe and Tina were professional and courteous. The cost of the repair is competitive. I like that they stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee. I do need to return the vehicle to have the alignment corrected.
