They did an absolutely beautiful job on my warranty paint and went above and beyond and detailed out my car. I was very impressed with the kind gesture of cleaning my car. Not a great interaction with body shop. The vehicle wasn’t driven after body was repaired. We picked up Friday pm. Drove 1/2 block and came back. Making loud mechanical noises and not operational after accident. The bodywork looks great but not drivable and wife not happy with rep who assisted us upon picking up. Very argumentative and not very helpful. Needs more customer service training and support Wife is not happy with whole situation

No bueno. Not knowledgeable and or informative about the operational aspect of a luxury vehicle. Our car drove perfectly prior to accident. As we picked up and drove around block it was immediately apparent it wasn’t working properly and it wasn’t working perfectly due to accident
