They spaced on fixing the side mirror. While an easy solution was proposed to just order a painted cover and swap it out, it still results in more steps to follow, schedule and come back for the swap.

I pointed out the side mirror was also damaged. They forgot about it, so I had to come back. When the new one was installed, it looks like the paint job has orange peels in texture.

I was very disappointed in enterprise. I have a Chevy suburban an eight seater. They gave me a such a small car. Kids were mushed together and we couldn’t all go anywhere. At the shop, they told me that I was gonna get to choose from a few vehicles, but when I went to enterprise, that’s all they had. What’s the point in having rental if I’m gonna be stuck with such a small car? I understand enterprise was busy inside. This was very wrong.

Completed work is excellent. Only little disappointed that I was told car should be done on a Mon then when I called again was told each time should be next day. I would have appreciated being told right off would take at least 4 days. As stated very pleased with work
