My car was not properly repaired, resulting in the front end falling off mid-drive down a busy highway in rush hour traffic. This could have resulted in a massive accident and was incredibly unsafe. The vehicle clearly was not road tested prior to being delivered. I am beyond disappointed in the workmanship of this body shop.

I had a choice and I chose Autowerks because they specialize in luxury car repairs and those drivers are very discerning when it comes to their automobiles. I drive a CAMRY and I wanted my car treated special as it’s my “luxury” car. It turned out perfect and, if I need Collission work ever again, they have earned my future business. In addition, their communication skill are top notch from Megan to Christopher and more.

The crew at Auto Craft Bodywerks did an absolutely amazing job on my 2023 Tesla Model S. They brought her back to her original Glory! The body shop crew did an amazing job but also…. The receptionist and estimator too! They dealt with the insurance company completely!! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

It seems like the quality is good but I am not happy that it took 5 days to complete the windshield replacement. It was quoted as 2 days possibly 3, but it took 5. I don’t think they even started on it until day 3. Because of this I had to pay an extra $200 for my rental.

Autoworks bodycraft is a great body shop for sure and they take care of their customers. I just had to go out of my way to make a lot of calls to get updates on the progress of the repair. Otherwise, they were willing to work with me on everything and provide all the details as requested. The timeline of the vehicle repair was longer than expected but due to various factors.
