Worst customer service. No accountability. We can't believe Lucid partnered with this place for repairs. We had to follow up so many times and beg to get an update before and after scheduling repair. It took 7 months to get parts and 6 weeks to repair. We wasted so much time.

I had a great experience with Autocraft Bodywerks. My automobile Repairs were perfect, and David was very helpful in keeping me informed and very professional. I’d like to mention Meagan Garcia the office manager who went way above her duties helping me by explaining the process, keeping me informed & always being patient with all my extra calls and concerns. Autocraft is fortunate to have such an outstanding & compassionate employee. I definitely give my experience a five stars rating.

My car was not properly repaired, resulting in the front end falling off mid-drive down a busy highway in rush hour traffic. This could have resulted in a massive accident and was incredibly unsafe. The vehicle clearly was not road tested prior to being delivered. I am beyond disappointed in the workmanship of this body shop.
