after 3 months, my car is not right. The tailgate and lift gate do not fit flush with the car, there are noises coming from the back. it has not been repaired properly.

The process was easy even though my insurance company dropped the ball in meeting with you. Nick couldn't have been more helpful and when we picked up the Rivian, it was cleaner and shinier than when we purchased it.
