Located in North Austin , Certified and authorized for Tesla, Jeep, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti, and FCA. We provide auto body collision repair and refinishing. We work with almost all insurance companies, and in many cases, we work directly with them. We use PPG Envirobase water-based automotive paint at our collision centers. Mechanical auto body shop repair service including suspension damage, airbag replacement, computerized wheel alignments, and advanced automotive computer system reprogramming. Diagnostic service including airbag, check engine lights, ABS and traction control systems. We work on all EV Vehicles. We are close to the intersection of McNeil and 183 on Pond Springs, across from Maserati and Audi North Austin on Pond Springs. We are directly next to Dakota Springs apartments in North Austin.

Really enjoyed working with Isaac & Orlando. Isaac was very communicative keeping me updated on repair status along the way to what was ultimately a pretty quick turnaround. I was anticipating that it would take longer. Isaac was great about working between two different insurance companies for two separate claims (Cincinnati & State Farm). I really appreciate how well my truck was detailed when I picked it up, I felt as if I was getting a new truck again.

Great experience with Heritage. Job was done perfectly, can't tell it was repaired. Very happy with quality and detailed work performed. Repair / speed / customer service = A+. Excellent communications and customer service (worked with Isaac, extremely professional and helpful in providing guidance and update). Appreciate detailing the interior as well, nice touch and adds to overall satisfaction. Hope I don't have to, but will do business here again for any future repairs for sure.
