Original estimated repair date was 8/21. Then pushed back to 8/28. Then pushed back, again, to 9/4. On 9/4, right before the weekend and Labor Day, someone called me at 2:32pm when the shop closes at 5:30 (and would then be closed for the next 3 days), to tell me to pick up the car. I had 3 hours to figure out how to pick up a car. And if I didn’t, I couldn’t pick it up for another 3 days. Terrible. So really, the car was ready to pick up on 9/8. That is almost 3 weeks after the original due date of 8/21.

I had to repair/replace a side mirror on my car, and Jacob was just exceptional. His estimates were transparent and accurate, and his service was spectacular. Hopefully, I won’t have to work with an auto body shop again, but if I ever have any collision repair needs, this will certainly be the shop of my choice.

I truly cannot say enough great things about how incredibly helpful Cecil was during the whole process. He was always a step ahead and so informative throughout the repair. I was incredibly frustrated with the insurance. I song and Cecil made me feel confident that he would do everything he could to get the work completed in a timely manner. Truly appreciate everything he did.
