Lots was great, the automated text that goes out is really inaccurate as far as how long it would take. It gave an estimate 10 days past when it should have been done and there was no communication on that. Then when I called to get a real time date I did not receive a call back and when I asked for it to be ready like promised before the weekend, I have to call back several times and I got a little attitude back. All good but not the best vibe.

I am thoroughly impressed with the work that was done on my front bumper. Not only did the front bumper get replaced and look brand new, but the CC team even buffed out my headlights which now look brand new. Would recommend you all to anyone that needs their collision repaired.
