Communication - keeping me informed - but not bombarded with communications - was good. I had interaction with several different people, and all were good. The process was relatively painless although getting to your shop from where I live is a significant time commitment. Most importantly, the entire process was completed within two weeks to the day and I was away without any need for the car during most of that time, making the overall repair as convenient as was possible... I will tell our State Farm agent about the experiience.

I gave very strong review to our local State Farm agent and they added you to their preferred list. For any normal repair work - zero concerns. If looking for top end custom paint, it's probably not in that league...
